Arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. Present your Emirates ID and insurance card at reception. Complete any remaining paperwork and update your information if needed.
Waiting & Vitals Check
Relax in our comfortable VIP lounge. A nurse will call you to record your vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and weight.
Doctor Consultation
Meet with your specialist for a comprehensive evaluation. Discuss your symptoms, medical history, and any concerns. Your doctor will perform a physical examination if needed.
Tests & Procedures
If diagnostic tests are required, our team will guide you to the appropriate facility. Most imaging and lab results are available within 24-48 hours.
Treatment Plan & Checkout
Review your diagnosis and treatment plan with your doctor. Receive prescriptions if needed. Complete payment at reception and schedule any follow-up appointments.
